After my walkaround this morning and my technical support beforehand, I would like to commend you on the progressive works being undertaken on site. The site is professionally set up, from the main entrance continuing throughout. The site is well organised, clean and tidy with storage areas thoughout and access and egress in place. The piece that ties this all in, is the branded monoflex installed by Smart Scaffolding, which can be seen as you drive past. The teams have expressed this as being one of the best sites they have worked on
Whilst working at Phelan Construction I have used Smart Scaffolding on a number of projects including;
• Apex Hotel, Fleet Street, London.
• Meraki Restaurant, Great Titchfield Street, London.
• Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane, London.
These projects consisted of simple scaffolding’s as well as complex designed scaffolds which were all erected in a safe manner and to a good safe standard.
I have always found Mark to be accommodating with variations and adhere to programme on all jobs. Documentation has always been good with adequate RAMS being produced on all projects and scaffold inspections being produced on time. Smart Scaffolding’s workforce are competent, punctual, polite and look professional which are values we hold in high regard at Phelan for our own company image. Smarts on site supervisor Steve is very good ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures, keeping the Phelan site team informed on progress and any issues that may arise so they can be resolved promptly.
I will continue to use Smart Scaffolding and would recommend to anyone who needs a professional and competent scaffolding contractor on their projects.

I was intoduced to Smart Scaffolding purely by accident and decided to give them a try as the MD had a nice approach to business.
